Celebrate the High Holidays with an HJ Community

Prayer in Schools Unconstitutional

We are unalterably opposed to a School Prayer Amendment to the Constitution. Such an amendment would break down the constitutional barrier between church and state — which barrier is necessary for the protection of all of us. It is not an issue of religion vs. secularism, or even of liberalism vs. conservatism. It is a moral issue of tyranny vs. freedom.
